When you purchase a license for the Software the following terms shall apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to download, order, subscribe or purchase this software.

Payment and fees
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to any fee and payment terms that were described in the order that was submitted by you upon registration to our subscription and payment submission and in accordance with the Terms. You are responsible for paying any Taxes associated with your purchase of the Services. Any amount billed may vary for reasons such as exchange rates or rates no longer being applied, changes in your subscription, changes in applicable taxes etc.; you authorize us to charge your credit card for such varying amounts.
In order to pay for the Software, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number upon registration for a subscription. You hereby warrant and represent that you have the authority to provide such credit card information to us and shall be responsible for all charges made thereto.

A sales tax, value added tax, or other transaction tax may be applied to your order based upon the applicable country, regional, state and local tax laws of the jurisdiction in which the order was placed.
Automatic subscription Renewal- Recurring charges
When you subscribe to a Monthly , Semiannually OR Yearly subscription, you choose to automatically renew your subscription (and/or choose not to opt out of such service) when it’s term ends the credit card or other payment method used at the time of purchase will be charged the then-applicable renewal fee at the end of your initial subscription period. Thereafter, the renewal fee will be charged at the start of each subscription period, unless you cancel the automatic subscription renewal prior to the start of the period. You will be provided with an Invoice for each payment. You will receive a notification email before the rebill charge.

Refunds and Returns
You may request a refund. You will get 100% refund if requested within a money back guarantee period if such was offered at the time of purchase. Other refunds or after the money back guarantee period, will be available no later than 30 days of the last subscription renewal /last purchase date. You will need to email the support or send a ticket using this form with a clear refund request stating your email address you used to subscribe and or the name which the subscription is under.
Disputes
No reimbursement of expenses or fees will be paid for using or not using the Website, Software or our Services. If you have any claim regarding charges or incorrect payments, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the dispute.
