  • How do I enter the Optimizer Pro License key?

    What is a License Key?

    The License Key is a code that is generated for the purpose of registering and activating the full list of features of a product. The License Key for our products consists of 16 characters that are in the 4×4 form (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). Once you receive a License Key, you should insert it in the designated area of the product activation window. Below you can see the instructions on how to do so:

    1. Go to Start menu > All Programs, and Click on the Optimizer Pro icon.
    2. If the icon is not there, please take a look at the instructions below the screenshot.
    3. If it is there, please Click on it and wait for the program to load.
    4. The Automatic Scan will start. When the Scan is done, Click on Fix Now, and then Click on Register.
    5. Copy + Paste your License Key (from the email receipt you received after purchase) into the product activation window and Click on Activate Now.
    6. Optimizer Pro will then fix the errors it found on your PC.

  • Where can I find my License Key?

    After completing your purchase, you should have received 2 emails, one for confirmation and one for activation. In your Product Activation email, you will find your License Key(s).

    Make sure you are in fact entering the ‘License Key’ and in the proper location (NOT the receipt number / Order ID number).

    Here is some insightful information regarding the License Key:

    Bear in mind that the License Key is case sensitive and that dashes are obligatory.

    1. This is the correct License Key format is: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (four sets of four characters in the same format as explained above).
    2. Copy (Ctrl + c) + Paste (Ctrl + v) your License Key in the designated area rather than manually typing it in. It is highly recommended to copy and paste the License Key in order to prevent errors and typos.

  • How do I install Optimizer Pro and enter the License Key?

  • How do I stop Optimizer Pro from erasing passwords on the websites I visit?

    To prevent Optimizer Pro from erasing your passwords on websites you visit, follow these steps:

    1. Run Optimizer Pro
    2. Go to Preferences and select Internet Preferences.
    3. Uncheck the box: Autofill of login names and passwords in forms, or just click Apply recommended preferences.
    4. Click on Apply new settings.
  • Why am I being sent back to your website to re-purchase after I already purchased Optimizer Pro?

    This means you need to activate your software product.

    Follow the steps below in order to activate your Optimizer Pro software:

    1. Run Optimizer Pro (Start > Programs > Optimizer Pro folder > Optimizer Pro).
    2. When the program starts, let the Automatic Scan start scanning your PC.
    3. When the Scan is done click on Fix Now, and then click on Register.

  • Why am I still receiving the same errors after using Optimizer Pro?

    Please make sure that all other programs are closed before starting your next Scan and Repair.

    Note: Optimizer Pro cannot fix items that are being used by other programs simultaneously. Again, make sure to close all other programs before Scanning and Repairing your PC.

  • Why isn’t Optimizer Pro working?

    We advise you to Uninstall Optimizer Pro and Re-install it again by following the steps below:

    To Uninstall Optimizer Pro

    1. Close Optimizer Pro.
    2. Go to Start > Programs > and search for Optimizer Pro.
    3. Click Uninstall Optimizer Pro.
    4. Click Yes to continue with uninstalling Optimizer Pro.
    5. Click OK when done.

    To Download and Re-Install Optimizer Pro:

  • Why doesn’t Internet Explorer work after installing Optimizer Pro?

    We must assure you that our software cannot interfere with your browser performance.

    However, we suggest trying the following:

    1. Download the latest version of Internet Explorer.
    2. Check for Windows Updates, Download and Install them. (You might need to restart your PC for updates to be installed)
    3. Turn off Add-ons in your Internet Explorer.

    Click Tools, and then Click Manage Add-ons.

    Under Show, Click All Add-ons, and select the Add-on you want to turn off.

    Click Disable, and close the window.

    Reset Internet Explorer settings: Close all Internet Explorer windows currently open > Open the desktop > Click the Internet Explorer icon in the taskbar.

    Click the Tools button and select Internet Options.

    Click the Advanced tab and Click Reset. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, Click Reset.

    When Internet Explorer finishes applying the default settings, Click Close and OK.

    Please take note: You’ll need to restart your PC for these changes to take effect.

    1. Go to the Start menu > All Programs, and look for the Optimizer Pro icon.

    • Type ‘system restore’ in the Search box and then press Enter.
  • After clicking RUN, nothing happens.

    • In your Start Menu search box, type ‘Regedit‘.
    • A “Do you want to allow the following changes” message will appear,
    • Click Yes.
    • Double Click on ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER‘.

  • How do I Uninstall PC Utilities Pro?

    If you want to uninstall our product, you have 3 options on how to:

    Option 1:

    • Go to > Start menu > Programs folder and you will find Optimizer Pro / Driver Pro / LiveSupport.
    • Click on Uninstall Optimizer Pro / Driver Pro / LiveSupport.

    Option 2:

    • Go to > Control panel > Programs and features
    • Find Optimizer Pro / Driver Pro / LiveSupport
    • Right click and select Uninstall.

    Option 3:

    • Go to your Computer > Local disc (C:)> Program files and search for Optimizer Pro / Driver Pro / LiveSupport and delete the file.

    Please note that in Windows Vista and Windows 7, you will find ‘Programs and features’, whereas in Windows XP, it is ‘Add/Remove program’, both are located in the Control Panel.

  • What is this "unins000.msg" error message while trying to uninstall?

    Please go to the folder where the file unins000.msg is located (Optimizer Pro folder in your Program Files):

    • Once located, there should be a “”.exe”” file named “”unins000.exe””.
    • Right-Click on the ‘.exe’ file and Rename it to ‘unins000.msg’.
    • After that, uninstall the software manually, go to Start menu > Programs folder and you will find Optimizer Pro/Driver Pro/LiveSupport.
    • Select Uninstall Optimizer Pro/Driver Pro/LiveSupport.
    • You can also try the other option for Uninstall: Go to Control panel > Programs and features, find Optimizer Pro/Driver Pro/LiveSupport and double click on it to uninstall.
  • How do I install AutoSave?

    Please contact our customer support by submitting a TICKET and we will provide you with a download link for the product.

    • When asked to Save or Run, Click the Run button.
    • Click Next in the setup wizard.
    • On the AutoSave Welcome window, select Install from the options at the top.
    • Click the Install AutoSave text on the left.
    • Click Next in the setup wizard.
    • Review the License Agreement and Click Yes.
    • Enter the AutoSave License Key you received in the Serial Number field and Click Next.
    • Confirm the destination folder for your AutoSave installation and Click Next.

    Once the setup wizard is complete, you may be asked to restart your computer to finalize the installation.

    Therefore, the program cannot not be installed, displayed, shared, or used concurrently from the PC or on distinct PCs.

  • What is the Automatic Renewal option (rebilling)?
