|Q:||When I run the scan again for the second time after I have already completed the scan and optimized my PC, it still shows errors that were not fixed by the software during the first repair scan. What to do?|
A: Follow the mentioned steps below in order to activate the Optimizer Pro Software:
A: Often people might be mistaken between the receipt numbers and the license key numbers. Assure that you are typing in the proper license key (and not the receipt numbers). It is recommended to verify several times the order info within the email received by us for your accurate license key. Here are some suggested insights regarding the license key:
A: Check that you have shut down all other programs before you perform the last repair (any of the Scans on the software). The main reason for that being is because Optimizer Pro is not able to repair / clean up items that are being used by other programs at the same. Again, make sure to shut down all other programs.
A: We advise you to uninstall Optimizer Pro from your PC and then reinstall it again by following these steps below:
A: Prior to the Uninstalling, you must shut down the program you are going to remove. This can include having to "right click" in the system tray and then selecting exit.
